This is a list of all the music tracks found in SimCity 3000/Unlimited and 4/Rush Hour, along with artist information for tagging.
SimCity 4 handily stores its music under [install path]/Radio/Stations in MP3 format. SimCity 3000, unfortunately, uses the proprietary Maxis XA format, but there are converters available on the Internet if you’re willing to do some Googling.
Short note on filenames (this is all purely my speculation):

- 3kp: Poor? (regarding the idea that 3000 plays music according to the status of a city)

- SC4ep1: SimCity 4, expansion pack 1 (Rush Hour)
- SC4g, SC4ep1____G: God (region) mode
- SC4m, SC4ep1____M: Mayor mode
