My next-door neighbor started growing some plants in a small garden outside his dorm window around mid-March, with approval from the school groundskeepers. To spruce up the otherwise empty-looking garden, he added these colorful flowers and, for fencing, some chopsticks distributed on the Asian Cultures Club’s eat food with chopsticks day.
