A tourist takes shelter inside one of the many gazebos on the Presidential Palace grounds in Nanjing, China. Home to government officials as early as the Ming dynasty, the site most famously housed the offices of Chiang Kai-shek until his government was forced to flee to Taiwan in 1949. It is now a history museum open to the public. Taken 20 June 2011.
